The L.A. Chinatown Firecracker Run Committee (LACFRC), Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization staffed by volunteers who donate their time and energies to organize and stage an annual run/walk and bike event. Proceeds from the Firecracker events are used to promote an enhanced quality of life for those who live and attend school in and around the Greater L.A. Chinatown community, by providing charitable and civic organizations with financial and logistical support.




To promote health and fitness, education, cultural awareness, and community involvement, by organizing athletic events and community programs.
